 Otto KAMMERER - a founding member of CPR - fell victim to a gas explosion at his duty station in Baku on the 18th January 2010. Despite immediate evacuation to Germany and consequent treatments in a special clinic in Nuremberg, Otto passed away on 28th January 2010, at the age of 53.
We all have lost a very skillful and charming friend, whom we will not forget.
Our thoughts are with his family - his wife Ulrike and his 2 children Elisabeth and Wulf.

7th Annual Summit in Istanbul |
|
CPR Summit 2010 is scheduled 9 - 11 April in Istanbul - the Capital of European Culture 2010 !
Thus we recommend to book flights as long as attractively priced tickets are available.
A flight schedule of e.g Thursday/Friday to Monday should still provide quite a lot of free opportunities.

Global EC Framework Contract "Beneficiary" 2009 / Governance (Lot 7) |
|
CPR has been appointed a member of the new global FWC in a consortium led by Sofreco Paris.
The FWC is operational since November 2009 and so far has launched more projects requests up to end of 2009, than working days in the calendar!
Thus CPR is looking forward to Experts contacts, interested to participate in this attractive program, which offers new opportunities every week. |

4th General Assembly was held in Madrid & Toledo |
|
 The General Assembly was organised during weekend 21 - 24 May 2009 in Madrid.
Besides a quite interesting framework program with key players of the Spanish reform sector, there was the duty of a bi-annual report and assessment of baoard functions.
Finally a new board was elected, (re-)confirming the key positions. |

CPR Summit 2008 was held in Strasbourg 24 & 25 October 2008 |
|
 The Summit 2008 was organised around a framework program, visiting the Council of Europe and the European Court for Human Rights. Workshops concentrated mainly on operative issues such as ongoing projects in Caucasus and on consultancy provided to EC / DG JLS in Brussels.
Major strategic focus was put on opportunities raising from TWINNING activities as well as the new global Framework Tender, which CPR meanwhile was shortlisted for.

3rd CPR General Assembly 16-06-2007 in Vienna |
